Organic Honduran Marcala
This coffee hails from the Marcala La Paz mountains of Honduras where the plants are grown at elevations from 1300 to 1700 meters above sea level. This strictly high grown coffee bean has a tasting profile of caramel, spice and brown sugar with a medium body and lightly acidic. Cultivation follows a fully washed and sun dried process. We provide this coffee at a medium-dark roast (full city roast) to enhance the natural sugar flavors of the bean.
