If you are not entirely satisfied with the flavor or aroma of your freshly roasted coffee, we're here to help.
Due to the nature of the the product, freshly roasted coffee products can not be returned for refund. If you are unsatisfied with your coffee purchase, please contact us immediately and let us try to make it right.
Coffee mugs are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase after contacting us to initiate return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
