Organic Guatemalan Huehuetenango
This mild, fruity and floral, light bodied coffee hails from the Huehuetenango region of northern Guatemala. Coffee produced in this region is often considered the best Guatemala has to offer. These beans are grown at elevations exceeding 1,200 meters above sea level and as such are considered Strictly High Grown. Coffee grown at higher elevations grows slower and denser, imparting more nutrients into the bean and resulting in the best flavors. This coffee can be roasted from light to dark with flavors ranging from a fruity brightness to a bittersweet chocolate. We recommend medium roast to get the best flavor profile.
