Organic Peruvian Decaf
Our decaf offering comes from the Piura, Amazonas region of Peru. This coffee is grown at high altitude on the mountainsides. It has a smooth, caramel and almost citrus flavor profile. This coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process which removes caffeine while preserving all of the natural flavors of the coffee bean. We take this coffee to a medium roast to enhance the flavors of the natural sugars.
